Amateur Radio Service - Our Modification Policy

    Procedure to follow before sending in your Amateur Radio gear.

1. Send a brief note or E-mail to ( hamrepairs at beltronics dot net) with the following information.  Subject line should say "Attention, Amateur Radio Dept."

1. What modification to equipment is desired.
2. Do you want an estimate prior to modification?
3. Your daytime phone number, E-mail address, and shipping address.
4. Your desired form of payment.
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
   If paying by personal check, equipment will be shipped after check clears the bank.

2. Estimates may be given for standard modifications but will not include any other work found necessary or repairs of any kind.
3. MARS mods or other standard modifications to Amateur equipment are performed by Beltronics to comply with FCC rules. 
4. Beltronics will not modify any Amateur equipment to operate on the commercial bands and will not perform any work on equipment that has been so modified except to return it to legal operation.
5. All work warranted for 30 days.

PLEASE: Be sure to properly pack your radio and insure it for complete replacement value in case of shipping damage. We ship all items with replacement value insurance.
